1. Legal (Statutory) Consumer Guarantee

Under European Union consumer law, consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for goods purchased from the seller. The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within two (2) years from the date of delivery.

Nothing in this Product Warranty limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights against the seller under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Innr Commercial (Manufacturer’s) Warranty

In addition to your statutory rights against the seller, Innr Lighting B.V., as the manufacturer, provides a voluntary commercial manufacturer’s warranty for its physical products.

This warranty applies regardless of whether the product was purchased directly from Innr or from an authorized retailer.

3. Remedies

If a product covered by this manufacturer’s warranty is defective within the applicable warranty period, Innr may, at its discretion and free of charge, repair the product, replace it with a comparable product, or provide an appropriate refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Software and Digital Services

This warranty applies to physical products only. Software, cloud services and digital functionality are governed by the applicable Terms of Service and may be updated or modified from time to time.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, external factors, or normal wear and tear.
