Refund policy

You may return your product within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Returned products must be in original condition including packaging, manuals and accessories.

To initiate a return, contact us through the “Contact us” page or via [email protected]. You will receive return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or non-conforming. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product, using the original payment method.

If your product is defective or not functioning as expected, please contact us for warranty assistance. In those cases, return shipping costs are covered by Innr.
