Power Supply Stops Working Quickly

Despite being unable to control the lights separately, the lights look great and appear to be well made. However, the item needs to be MUCH closer to the Zigbee bridge than my other Zigbee products and the power supply stopped working in short time. I do not see an option to replace them without purchasing brand new units. I've purchased 4 of these units and experienced the same with result for all of them. I am dissatisfied with this result and will look at outdoor zigbee options from other manufacturers.

We're sorry to hear that the range from these outdoor lights doesn't seem to good. Innr outdoor lights have the best range when the controller (the box between the lights and the plug) is installed 20cm above the ground, with the text on the box facing forward.

Also, keep in mind that glass and metal can obstruct the signals from the Zigbee system. If there is glass or metal between the controller and the rest of your Zigbee system, this can decrease the range greatly.

Power supplies that stopped working in a short time, is something that Innr lights certainly shouldn't have. We have contacted you to find out what caused this, and will offer a solution to repair the sets of lights.
