I used to be a big fan of innr for their compatibility with Philips Hue which seems to have gone the way of the dodo!I bought this remote even though it is the same price as the Philips version just to try something different. Massive problem, it is not really compatible. There are no instructions for connecting it to Hue or ST (Samsung Smartthings) in the box. There are no instructions for connecting it to ST on their site either. I even tried asking their tech support how to connect to ST and got no response on the subject.You can connect the remote as a bulb in the Hue app but your can't see it at all. How are you supposed to control anything that way. Apparently you can connect it via bluetooth directly, but by that point I had packed it up and returned it to Amazon.I did not get this working at all, very disappointing. It may work well with their own hub but not on Hue or Smartthings as far as I can see.So would I recommend or buy again? No.

If you're a house assistant user I would avoid this as when I had it there was no support. I could also never get the remote to pair with my bulbs (I think my unit was defective returned for a refund)

Ständig unerklärliche Fehler, manchmal regiert das Gerät einfach gar nicht. Dann Reset, Neuvebinden und das ganze geht in ein paar Tagen wieder von vorne los. Ich bin durch mit Innr. Hier ist einfach alles Schrott - von den Geräten bis zur App. Frage mich wie zum Teufel die mit diesem Murks überhaupt an den Markt gehen konnten.

Deze remote control gekocht omdat het zou werken met Philips Hue. Dat doet het wel, maar hij verschijnt NIET in je app en doordat je de remote koppelt, verlies je de controle over de lampen vanuit de app. Ik gok dat het perfect werkt met Innr bridge, maar met Philips Hue dus niet goed! Bedenk dus goed of je dit wilt. Als je puur alleen deze remote wilt gebruiken voor de lampen is het denk ik prima te doen.
